About Spoonfuls
Spoonfuls recovers excess food from grocery stores, wholesalers, farms, farmers’ markets, school and corporate cafeterias, and stadiums. Spoonfuls picks up unsold product, primarily perishable foods like fruits and vegetables, dairy, and meats, while it’s still good to eat. Then they deliver to community-based organizations that serve neighbors facing food insecurity.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Spoonfuls relies on contributions to meet their mission. Your donations help support their team on and off the road and enable them to keep their fleet road-ready: recovering food and feeding people.
