Ingredients
- 4 Villari Prime Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove pork chops and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and pour in apple cider.
