Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1.5 tablespoons finely chopped fresh sage
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1.5 teaspoons onion powder
- 1.5 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 pounds cremini mushrooms, sliced -inch thick
- 1/4 cup Roche Bros. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In large bowl, whisk tamari, sage, oil, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika; add mushrooms and toss. In 5 batches, air fry mushrooms in single layer 12 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crisp, shaking once halfway through cooking; transfer to prepared pan. Once all mushrooms have been air fried, add cheese and salt; toss. Makes about 3 cups.
