Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 1 package (16 ounces) sour cream
- 1 block (8 ounces) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sliced green onions plus additional for garnish (optional)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1.5 teaspoons paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°; spray 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; with slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towel-lined plate. In large bowl, stir sour cream, Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and bacon; spread in prepared dish. Bake dip 25 minutes or until edges are bubbly and top is golden brown. Makes about 4 cups.
