BBQ Chicken and Onion Flatbread

Ingredients
- 2 Packs of Stonefire® Naan Breads (4 Naan total)
- 1 (12 oz) package Perdue® Short Cuts Chicken
- 1 (8 oz) package shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (7 oz) container pre-sliced red onion
- 3/4 to 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s® BBQ Sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Place naan on the prepared baking sheets. Spread BBQ sauce over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Top with chicken, distributing evenly. Add red onion slices on top. Drizzle additional BBQ sauce over each flatbread. Bake for 8–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and naan edges are golden and slightly crispy. Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for added flavor
