Crispy-Cheesy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh thyme for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°; line rimmed baking pan with nonstick aluminum foil. In large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts, oil, seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt; spread in single layer on prepared pan. Sprinkle Brussels sprouts mixture with cheese; roast 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Makes about 3 cups. Serve Brussels sprouts sprinkled with thyme, if desired.
