- 4 links Cajun-style Andouille smoked sausage links
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced salami
- 4 ounces Gouda cheese
- 4 ounces sharp white Cheddar cheese
- 1 pound red grapes
- 1/3 cup candied pecans
- 1/4 cup fig spread
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- Strawberries for garnish (optional)
