Herb Seasoned Tomahawk Chops

Ingredients
- 2 Villari Prime Tomahawk Chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 lemons, zested
- 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp of herbal seasoning (oregano, rosemary, etc)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
Instructions
Place Villari Certified Duroc Tomahawk Chops in a flat baking sheet. In a medium bowl, whisk the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, lemon zest, garlic, herbs, parsley, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour the marinade over the Villari Certified Duroc Tomahawk Chops and refrigerate for as few as 2 hours, up to overnight. Preheat grill to high. Sear Villari Certified Duroc Tomahawk Chops on both sides and remove from direct heat. Continue cooking, flipping the Villari Certified Duroc Tomahawk Chops every 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
